I’ve had a fear of birds for as long as I can remember. I was so proud of myself and couldn’t believe what I had achieved.

Being able to walk down the street now and not panic every time I see a bird is an indescribable feeling. I want to keep putting myself in situations to test this further as this is a true game changer for me, and Sarah, I can’t thank you enough.
